The best advice that I can give is to get a good pair of running shoes they don't have to be the most expensive as long as they are comfortable, once you have done that they just get out and get the miles in.

This information is really helpful although I am struggling in the evenings! I prefer eating the healthier stuff anyway but have taken to snacking after dinner (which we usually eat about 7pm). Although these are a combination Hazel, brazil and walnuts with raisins, I'm not so sure that they are best thing to eat at this point of the day? My job keeps me constantly moving all day and I can't help but wonder if this is the reason that the evening hunger pangs kick when I sit down. I've tried to incorporate the right carbs into the day and always have porridge for breakfast too. Your feedback would be appreciated :)
