Yes good tips as I'm always hungary after exercise and want to eat rubbish afterwards and know that doing so will have wasted time doing exercise in the first place.

This information is really helpful although I am struggling in the evenings! I prefer eating the healthier stuff anyway but have taken to snacking after dinner (which we usually eat about 7pm).  Although these are a combination Hazel, brazil and walnuts with raisins, I'm not so sure that they are best thing to eat at this point of the day?  My job keeps me constantly moving all day and I can't help but wonder if this is the reason that the evening hunger pangs kick when I sit down. I've tried to incorporate the right carbs into the day and always have porridge for breakfast too.  Your feedback would be appreciated :)
