Aries (Mar21/Apr20) It’s your confidence and faith in your aims that helps all ventures you are involved in glide along on well oiled wheels. You have an abundant store of energy and current commitments keep you active and motivated. Joint projects will be fun as well as having a serious element to them. Your active lifestyle helps to boost your metabolism but don’t stop there: what you should also be doing is watching what you eat.
Taurus (Apr21/May21) You have a great affinity with nature; getting out into the countryside, hiking, biking or hill walking will mean you get plenty fresh air as well as ample exercise. Social interaction will be good to rejuvenate you mentally and emotionally so don’t opt for only solitary pursuits this October. Also you should get your mind off work during off-duty hours. Debates over controversial matters like education, religion or politics will stimulate your mind and steer your thoughts away from responsibility!
Gemini (May22/June21) A discussion between friends could set you on a path towards improving your health. Different people are drawn to different activities and you have found someone who shares your views about which fitness routines are the best. Once you get started on a new exercise it’s important to take a common sense view. Accept there will be moments when you might grow slightly bored as it is in your nature to crave variety. Accept too, that you won’t see results without effort.Cancer (June22/July23) Sudden and unexpected spurts of energy throughout the month could catch you by surprise and make you a little careless. On the plus side, you have the drive to fulfil all your obligations. Emotionally, too, you are up and down. You might fly off the handle with little provocation especially around the full moon on the 23rd. Count to ten before you react. Old wounds will heal if you are willing to face up to what is causing all your anxiety. Leo (July24/Aug23) One of the things friends and loved ones love about you isyou’re always there with a shoulder to lean on. This month, tension could be causing neck and shoulder pain so be sure to make shoulder rotations and exercises that target each part of the shoulders a daily routine. There will be some frustrations at this time and a lot of responsibility. Be prepared for these and work at a steady pace, to avoid disappointment. If you haven’t time to go out, a good exercise program can be done in your home.Virgo (Aug24/Sept23) You’ve always been conscious of your health and if there is any form of illness going around your working environment or neighbourhood you might feel sure you will catch it too. Whether it is a tummy bug or the ‘flu, every day you see signs of symptoms and you keep expecting to get worse. Only they will disappear very quickly and the month should pass by without you coming down very badly with anything. Find a way to keep moving to burn off calories. Walking to and from your place of work or even a brisk short walk each evening will help keep you in better shape. Experiment with recipes that use fruit and vegetables. You might start noticing cycles of fluctuations in your weight gain that makes it easier to understand your body.Sagittarius (Nov23/Dec21) Lessons learned through October’s experiences will be tact and diplomacy! A friend or relative might need advice about a health problem.
