RTS do you run roads at all nowadays?

Excellent, I`m a newbie but approx. 50% of my running is trails. I much prefer it as I don`t have to worry about traffic/pedestrians/exhaust fumes etc. And I love the workout my core gets when I`m negotiating a rocky path!!

With a few events coming up i`m now looking to integrate some trail running into my regime, If only i could find some hills

gam - Dan told me he didn`t use multi storey car parks for hill training, he uses speed bumps. But they tend to build them on roads as well.

I love it dirty and wet, I like it filthy, o yeah!

Desperate to do some trail running when this damn leg mends itself. Got a shiney pair of trail shoes that have only had one trip out, and that was around Sainsbury`s to try out my new Orthoheels...

Me too. Trail running opens the mind...

Well all I can say is I am off to the Lake District this weekend and despite the heavy rain forecast I will be getting at least two good runs along the fells during the weekend.

Ahh the feeling of being free and scaling the fells and not having to pound the pavement amongst the dog walkers. I`m sure my quads will love me.

Sorry, but sometimes a bit of tarmac is essential to get from one hill to another.
