Hi all,
My name is Sarah Hurcomb and in the last few years I have become a passionate running enthusiast!
I am currently completing my Masters in Health Psychology at the University of Surrey and based on my passion for running I am interested in exploring the enjoyment and benefits of running and physical activity of long-term health and well-being.

I am trying to get feedback from as many keen runners as possible so that I can fully reflect the popularity and enjoyment that is gained from running.

We would be very grateful if you could complete an online questionnaire which should only take 10-15 minutes. Your identity will remain fully anonymous and should you have any questions feel free to contact us at the above email address.

Below is the link to the questionnaire online, if the link does not work please copy and paste the link into your web browser and you will be directed to the online questionnaire.

We are hoping to gain a wealth of information that can equip us in educating others about the value and positive impact of regular physical activity on overall health and well-being and your feedback would be invaluable in helping with this.

**Please forward this email, or pass the link on to anyone you know who regularly exercises or who used to exercise regularly. There are so many people out there and we need your feedback! **

Thanks for taking the time to read this information and thanks in advance for your participation.

I did mine yesterday Sarah. I think you will find I sleep a lot and don't worry bout running :-)

I think you should have a box where people put their running miles, or level of ability. Because I am sure ultra runners and other more serious runners are thinking about and planning their fitness a lot more than me!

Your questionnaire put me off as you refer to 'elite' runners, and that certainly isn't me...but I dream!

Tis Done,

As suzie said it would have been nice if you had of at least recognised the fact that there is a world beyond 26.2miles.

Hey ho it is a dark and lonely road sometimes :-)
