I go running every day but some people say u shouldn`t go every day ! The urge is very very strong to go every day ! If i didnt go it would ruin my day it helps me stsrt my day off like i can do the day better i also feel more confidence in the day. Its a big part of my life now its like i cant live without going everyday. Iam mad ???

Mary,
You do what feels good to you girl!
If you are enjoying it... go for it. Your body will tell you when it wants to rest, just go with the flow, if you feel good run, and if you feel tired and not in the mood, just have a rest day.
Most of all enjoy it!

I definitely agree with Gromit - go with what feels good!!!
The only thing to be wary of is if you are doing long runs (probably half marathon dsitance and over) as not leaving enough recovery time after these can damage the muscles and leave you feeling fatigued?
Loadsa good luck with it all!!
A morning run is definitely the best start to the day!!!
