Hi - first time I`ve posted!

I have started running as a way to get fit and lose weight - I chose running as i dont have time for the gym and I am out twice a day with my dog so thought I could combine the 2!

I am going to follow a training plan I found on line, starting with running 1 min, walk for 2 etc..... I would like to find a stopwatch that I could programme for this sort of interval training so I can concentrate on my running AND the dog without stopping and starting the cheapo stopwatch I already have - one I could wear on my wrist would be good - but I dont want to spend a fortune!!!!

Can anyone help me?
