Parkrun blogging

  • Cheers Scott and thanks for reading. I write this nonsense and and never know who actually reads them. And spreading the parkrun word is important to me - if it gets more people to try it out.

Two more irreverent blogs to be found this week:

Today's parkrun effort 'Successful failure; introducing the PW' and a special bank holiday one called '#I just ran, to say, I love you...#' both available for those who like a tongue-in-cheek read

  • Got a pee bee today at Roundhay parkrun. Times still not fantastic, but I wiped  29 seconds off my previous best! Roundhay has given itself the reputation as the worlds hardest. Its certainly very hilly!

  • We had our fancy dress first year park run in Bedford today, was fantastic, Pics onnfacebook if you are interested (I'm the clown!)

  • two new blog entries up this week - 1 parkrun experience from today and 1 video from earlier this week when I recreated my favourite running event: The 1066 East Hill Steps Challenge.
