Eeuurgh! The weather has been miserable hasn't it? What happened to spring? I hope all you dedicated runners out there still managed to don your waterproofs and pound the pavements! There was one nice day - lucky for the thousands of runners taking...

I'm angry this week (just incase the title hadn't given it a way). The sun is out, it's lovely and warm, the clocks have gone back meaning it's lighter in the evenings for longer — the perfect scenario for me to do lots of running...
