Bio: Nikki played Candice Stowe in the soap opera Coronation Street. After leaving the show in 2005, she played a number of roles in TV shows including, Holby City and New Street Law. Nikki also loves to show off her vocalist skills, appearing in shows The X Factor: Battle of the Stars and Stars in Their Eyes, where her impression of LeAnn Rimes 'Can't Fight the Moonlight' saw her take the winner's spot. In 2008, Nikki joined the cast of ITV's series heartbeat to play the part of Dawn Bellamy. Running: Nikki has taken part in some of this country's major running events over the last few years. She is an avid supporter of Race for Life. In 2011 she appeared in a six minute musical about the race hoping to encourage more women across the UK to walk, jog or run the event. In 2010, Nikki ran the Great Manchester Run in aid of the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital Charity. She completed the 10km race in 56:25. This year saw Nikki take on her biggest running challenge to date, the 2012 London Marathon. She ran for children's charity When You Wish Upon A Star. Nikki completed the 26.2 miles in 4:03 without a bead of sweat in sight.
