1. In-built panty line at the back creating VPL even if there are no pants!
2. Got a bit saggy in the knees after a few wears.
3. May need a longer ankle zipper.

From the German people who make the hosiery version of tights come this stylish pair of running tights. I love the look; the waist is cut a little lower which I find to be a more flattering fit than some higher-waist versions. The material is different, too and I think looks flattering on, reminiscent of a swimming costume (though not as tight). The mesh panels behind the knee are subtle and functional.

The reflective strips on the logos and zips are not only functional but are also aesthetically pleasing. The ankle zipper isn’t particularly long but the material means they come on and off easily so shouldn’t be too much of an issue. I also like the length – they’re a bit shorter than most tights, but not too short. These are a very lightweight tight and probably best for Autumn and Spring when there’s a chill in the air.

Because we’ve had a very mild winter, I didn’t get to test them on a very cold day, but I don’t think they’d be warm enough for me. However, because they’re a non-bulky slim fit, they could be used as a base layer on very cold days, and I they’re unobtrusive enough to be suitable for racing cross-country on very cold days. They were incredibly quick to dry and as you’d expect for the price, were able to keep the sweat off the body and in the garment.
