For many events there is a baggage area where you can drop your stuff off, but it's not guaranteed! If in doubt, give the organisers a call or send them an email.

Daft B, did you make that comment as you are an important part of Team RTS support crew and are therefore resentful of having to carry stuff around. Or are you hoping to acquire a porterage service to have someone carry stuff you should be carrying around. Or is that where Adam comes in?????

none of those. It's a porterage service to, at a sufficient pace, carry me around the course. :o)

Around these parts that service is usually called 'Daddy'.
